摘要
文章阐述了绩效考核的概念及在项目管理中的作用,并就目前项目团队在绩效考核中所存在的问题、应如何正确设计绩效考核指标及团队成员创造绩效能力的三种状态、怎样让绩效考核落到实处以及绩效考核效果等分别做了论述。
After expounding the concept of Performance Appraisal and the function of performance appraisal in project management, this article discusses the problems existing in performance appraisal of a team; the targets for appraisal that how be designed rightly; the dialectic relation of three existing states of ability of the members of a team in making performance,and it dissertates how fulfill the appraisal in practice, and the feedback function as a result of performance appraisal.
