摘要
从学校实践的视野考察,校长的课程领导力可以理解为校长在实践中综合运用各类课程资源与灵活实施各类领导而产生的课程改革精神落实的校本推进力。校长成功的课程领导需要构建学校课程开发的教师共同体,在实践中认真处理学生对课程丰富性要求与学校提供条件有限性、学校承载的升学压力与通过课程领导彰显个性、课程领导期望与教师专业能力发展匹配、课程领导与各类领导角色之间协调等问题。
From a realistic view of school practice, assessing a principal' s ability to lead curriculum development means the principal' s comprehensive use of the school' s curriculum resources and flexible implementation of the school - based curriculum development. The success of a principal' s ability to lead curriculum development will depend on the following: the principal' s ability to construct a teacher community, the principal' s ability to deal seriously with the conflict between the students' heavy curriculum requirements and the limited conditions of the school, the principal' s ability to negotiate the balance between the pressures of entering higher school and the principal' s own demeanor through the ability to lead curriculum development, the principal' s coordination between the expectation from the principal' s ability to lead curriculum development and the teachers' academic ability development, and the consistency of both the principal' s ability to lead curriculum development and the principal' s general ability to lead other school affairs.
