Carrying Out the Debate of the Important Events in the Society to Improve Teaching Methods -Attempt in Politics Reform in High School

社会热点辩论，是指在以学生发展为本理念的指导下，体现思想政治课学科特点，以学生为主体，以学习方式的变革为主线，构建教师引导情景下学生辩论社会热点的课堂教学活动方式。教学中要慎重确立辩论主题，充分做好辩论准备，精心组织辩论过程。辩论课能将知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观三者融为一体的教学目标落到实处。

The debate of the important events in the society is a classroom activity under the guidance of the idea based on the development of students. It reflects the characteristics of Politics. With the help of the teacher, it emphasizes both the needs of students and the revolution of the learning methods. In the real classroom, the teacher should choose the topic for debate carefully, make full preparation for the classroom debate and organize the process of the whole debate. The debate combines the three major teaching objects together： knowledge and competence, process and methods, emotion and values.
