西方组织认同理论对我国企业管理的启示 被引量:7

摘要 西方对组织认同广泛的研究兴趣来自于全球化竞争和知识经济的时代背景。组织认同不仅可以提升员工对组织的忠诚度,而且可以增强企业的核心竞争力。企业提升员工组织认同感的措施主要包括:提升企业声誉;建立独特的组织身份特征;有意识地树立竞争对手;倡导民主、公平、团结合作的组织氛围以及单纯和谐的人际关系;注重领导素质与领导方式地提高和改进;重视个人因素对组织认同的影响。
