摘要
实现大平面感应压力钎焊,关键之一是要保证钎层的温度均匀。本文结合大平面不锈钢、铝,不锈钢接头的感应压力钎焊对加热的要求,通过对一般工业感应线圈的测试与分析,找出平面温度分布不均匀的原因及不同频率平面温度分布的规律,研制出在不同频率段2500~4000Hz,8~10kHz和300~350kHz下的感应加热装置,使工件能获得整个平面的均温场。
To realize the sandwich bootoms of pot for brazing. The key of technology is to kee the even temperature of the brazing zone. By measuring and annalysising the general industrial inducion coil,this paper find out the reason of uneven temperature within a plane, and he low of even temperature within the plane in deffrent frequency;and finaly makes the induction heating install in following frequency rang:2500-4000Hz,4000-8000Hz,300-350kHz. This install can make the brazing plane get the even temperature,and braze the pot perfectly.
