摘要
目的:探讨低氧运动健身原理及其在全民健身中的应用。方法:采用综述的方法阐述低氧健身的概念、低氧健身原理及其在健身和康复领域中的应用与意义,并提出开展低氧健身亟需解决的问题。结果与结论:随着人工低氧技术在运动训练中的应用,人工低氧应用技术也将广泛应用于低氧健身,低氧健身方法有助于促进大众整体健康和体质水平。
The purpose of this study was to discuss the principle of hypoxic body exercise and its application in national fitness program. Through using the method of comprehensive review ,this paper explained the concept and principle of hypoxic body exercise as well as the significance and application in the fields of body exercise and recovery, put forwarded the problems that need to be solved urgently in the development of hypoxic body exercise. The result showed that with the application of artificial hypoxic technique in athletic training,this kind of technique is widely used in hypoxic body exercise. The hypoxic body exercise can help to improve the national fitness and health level.
