摘要
目的:探讨传统体育对老年知识分子身体机能及素质的影响。方法:将基本情况相当的64名60岁以上、70岁以下的大学退休教师,男32人,女32人,随机分为1个非运动组和木兰拳、太极拳及气功3个运动组。实验12个月。结果:非运动组的身体机能和素质呈不同幅度的下降;3个运动组的身体机能及身体素质都具有显著性变化(P<0.05)或(P<0.01),且太极拳组所测多项指标变化更明显(P<0.01),木兰拳对女性的影响明显大于男性。结论:传统体育太极拳、木兰拳、气功对老年知识分子身体机能及素质产生了积极影响,是老年知识分子增强体质,提高运动能力的有效运动,且太极拳运动的锻炼效果更显著。
The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of traditional sports on physical function and fitness of elder intellectuals. Sixty four retired college teachers aged between 60-70 (male 32,female 32) were randomly divided into non exercise group,Mulanquan group, Taijiquan group and Qigong group with twelve month experiment. The result showed that the physical function and fitness tended to decrease for non exercise group,while the physical fitness had significant change for exercise group. It concluded that the traditional sports such as Taijiquan, mulanquan and Qigong had positively influence on physical function and fitness of elder intellectuals. It can improve their physical health and get better exercise effects.
