摘要
目的:了解体育教育专业大学生膳食营养状况。方法:编制半定量食物频率问卷表,并检验其信度和效度,以此为调查工具,对成都某高校体育教育专业8个运动项目450名学生进行膳食调查。结果:学生食物构成以粮谷类、蔬菜类、肉类为主;能量来源比例不合理,脂肪供能过高、维生素B1缺乏、铁来源不合理,女生锌摄入不足。结论:改进膳食结构,增加优质蛋白质、动物源性铁、维生素B1和锌的摄入,以提高体育专业大学生的营养水平。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the condition of dietary nutrition of students majoring in physical education. The semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire was made ,the validity and reliability was tested. Based on it ,this paper made investigation on diet of 450 students of physical education major with 8 sport events. The result showed that the foot pattern of students was grain ,green vegetables ,fruit and meat. The proportion of energy supply was irrational with high fat supply, vitamin B1 and zinc intake of female students was insufficiency. It suggests that the dietary structure should be improved ,quality protein,vitamin B1 and zinc intake should be increased in order to improve the nutritional level of students majoring in physical education.
