摘要
韩非认为人性自利,但他并不认为人的自利心是邪恶的,而认为这是应该加以肯定的人之常情,政治家应该在法治的框架内去有效地利用这种人之常情。同时,他并没有把“自利”与“利人”绝对地对立起来,而是根据互利的原则将自利的人性引入正轨,提出了“以利之为心”的处事原则,这实际上是一种利人的思想。
Hanfei figured that self-regard humanity is normal human feelings, he didn' t think that kind of humanity is evil but natural. Politician should use the humanity effectively in law. At one time, he didn't put the "self-regard" and "altruism" in opposite. He regarded that "mutual benefit" is a genuine principle in the relationship between peoples.
