摘要
国内关于企业家的素质、业绩和综合三类评价体系存在不同的局限性,常见的企业家评价方法也各具特征,构建适宜的企业家评价体系必须先界定企业家的性质,做到指标相对全面、方法相对科学。
The limitation of three kinds of index system on entrepreneurship＇ s evaluating concerning quality, performance and synthesis and characteristics of various evaluating methods to entrepreneurship are discussed. Essentials to construct a proper entrepreneurship＇s appraising system are that nature of entrepreneurship must make clear, indexes ought to take an all- round view, methods should be scientific.
