热压烧结对Co-Mn-Ni-O热敏材料电性能的影响

摘要 研究了不同热压压力、热压方式对Co-Mn-Ni-O热敏材料电性能的影响。热压烧结能够提高材料的电阻率及B值。X射线衍射分析表明,热压烧结材料有MnCo2O4、NiMn2O4和CoNiO2三相组成。从扫描电镜照片可见,热压烧结材料晶粒细小、均匀、气孔率少,是提高其电性能的主要原因。 Effect of different hot press pressures and methods on electric properties of Co Mn Ni O system thermosensitive materials is reseached. Resistivity and B value of these materials can be increased through hot press sintering. X ray diffraction analysis shows that hot press sintered materials consist of three phases: MnCo 2O 4,NiMn 2O 4 and CoNiO 2.As viewed from SEM micrograph the hot press sintered materials have fine and uniform grains and a few porosity which are main factors to improve electric properties of the materials. These properties can be effectively controlled through adjustment of hot press pressure.
