摘要
对比了国内外电子级ＢａＣＯ３和ＴｉＯ２的理化指标，探讨了国内材料的不足之处及其对ＰＴＣ热敏电阻器生产的影响。对国产ＢａＣＯ３的平均粒径以及ＴｉＯ２的团聚情况进行了分析。
Physico chemical properties of domestic and overseas BaCO 3 and TiO 2 are compared. Shortcomings of domestic ones and their influence on production of PTC thermistors are discussed. Average particle size of BaCO 3 and aggregation of TiO 2 of domestic are analysized, thereupon requirement to match ave rage sizes of both BaCO 3 and TiO 2 is set up.
