摘要
研究了环境温度变化对各种SnO_2元件气敏特性产生的影响.突出地表现为随着环境温度的降低(+40^-40℃),气敏元件在空气中的阻值R_0明显增大.用有机硅化物处理元件的表面可减小元件R_0的这种漂移.
In this paper, we studied that the changes of environment temperature on theproperties of gas-sensing SnO2-based sensors. The resistance R0 of sensors in air greatly in-creased with the changes of the environment temperature(+40~—40℃), but the drift ofthe resistance R0 of sensors was reduced by the surface of sensors treated with organicchlorosilane.
