社会公平是和谐社会的基本准则,教育公平是社会公平的重要基石。而教育不公平却已成为我国当前一个比较突出的社会问题。我们应当树立“第一责任人”的意识,采取一切措施以促进教育公平,从而实现建立和谐社会的战略目标。

Social justice is the principal principle of the harmonious society and the education justice is the foundation stone of the social justice. However, education injustice is now the quite prudent social question in our country. We should set up the conception of ＂First Responsibility Person＂, take every measure to improve education justice so as to realize the strategic target of setting up harmonious society.
