摘要
我们采用数字位移传感器、电磁阀等成熟度高的自动化元器件,运用VB语言编制控制软件,在不改变仪器基本工作原理的基础上,对土壤固结仪进行改造,把人工操作变成计算机控制的自动水压加载和自动记录的系统,同时,在改造过程中合理控制成本,使改造后的设备既经济又实用。
Some highly-matured automatic components and parts and control software programmed by Visual Basic language and mature automatic devices such as digital displacement sensor and electro-magnetic valve are used to reform the soil consolidometer without changing its working principle. The original system can be changed into computerized system of automatic record and automatic load by water pressure. Meanwhile, with the reasonable cost control of such reform, the equipment will be economical as well as practical.
