摘要
分析了间接耦合光敏器件,结果表明,一个开路受光大p-n结并不能改善器件光电探测的灵敏度和探测率,其原因是开路p-n结“注入电流”被抽取的机理难以实现.
In this paper, the indirect coupling photodetectors have been studied on theoryand experiments. The results are contrary to the anticipating aim of the inderect couplingtheory and device design, and show that a photoreceiving open circuit p-n junction can notimprove sensitivity and detectivity of photosensitive devices, because the injection currents ofthe open circuit p-n junction can not be taken out.
