At present,Chinese-capitalized commercial banks have vigorously absorbed foreign investment,many scholars have thus explored this phenomenon,the majority hold that foreign investment should be encouraged,for commercial banks can obtain benefits from it.But fewer people have shown concern for the risk to our financial field that comes along with this investment.This article gives a risk analysis of this phenomenon.
