摘要
本科教育教学是高等学校生存与发展的基础,是高等学校建设的基石。教育专业是高等师范学校的基础性和代表性专业,其课程体系和教学模式的改革有着重要意义。以东北师范大学教育科学学院课程与教学改革为例,探索了“宽口径、厚基础、精专业、多出路”的改革思路。提出在课程体系和人才培养模式上打破单一封闭的专业定位,探讨和建构了通识教育与专业教育结合的课程结构,理论素养与实践能力相结合的培养目标,形成具有开放性和灵活性的有利于学生自主选择、自主发展的人才培养模式。
Undergraduate education is the foundation for the survival and development of colleges and universities. Educational major is the basic and typical major of normal colleges and universities, and its curriculum and teaching are of great significance. The paper, taking as example the curriculum and the teaching in College of Educational Science of Northeast China Normal University, explores ways of their reform. The paper recommends that curriculum system and talent cultivation go beyond mono -major orientation. The paper also suggests setting up a curriculum structure combining specialized education and general education, a talent cultivation objective integrating theory and practice, and an open and flexible talent cultivation mode beneficial to students' self choice and self development.
