摘要
从分析内涵式教师教育发展模式的非师范院校举办教师教育的潜在优势和存在的问题入手,提出了内涵式教师教育发展模式的非师范院校举办教师教育的发展对策:一是明确定位,办出教师教育特色;二是改革人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量;三是加大教育类课程改革的力度;四是重视教师教育的实践性教学环节;五是加强教育教学研究能力的培养;六是整合资源,互相促进,提高学校整体办学实力。
The paper discusses the advantages colleges and universities, and then puts forth some and problems of conducting teacher education in non- normal strategies: define the orientation, innovate the mode of talents cultivation, deepen the educational curriculum reform, attach importance to teaching process, improve teachers' research ability, and integrate resources to improve overall strength of colleges.
