摘要
大学教师工作绩效评估,要从当代时代特征出发,高度重视“二元”价值观对教师劳动绩效的影响,同时,要科学认识教师在劳动中具有学术性、行政隶属性、主体间性三方面特征,把握教师劳动绩效作为高等教育四大职能的具体实践的本质属性。唯此,评估工作才能明确“历史方位”、评估对象关系和评估的性质。
The evaluation of college teachers' performance should pay attention to the influence of dualistic value on teachers' performance, be aware of the academic, administrative and inter - subjective characteristics of the working role of teachers, perceive teachers' performance as one of the four functional practices of higher education. Only in this way can we define the historical status of the evaluation, ensure its quality and deal with the relation of evaluated targets.
