MMS对大鼠心肌毒性作用的研究

摘要 用凝胶层析法分离出尿毒血症患者血浆中分子物质(MMS),经尾静脉注入大鼠体内,观察MMS对大鼠心肌收缩能力的影响。实验用左心室插管术,采集信号经换能器数字化后输入电子计算机,应用CDRDIO软件分析注射MMS后心肌收缩力的改变。结果表明:MMS可使心肌收缩能力减弱,心室内压下降(Peak),室内压达峰值时间(PeakTime)推迟,室内压最大上升变化率减小dp/dtmax,室内压下降最大变化率(-dp/dtmax)变慢,室内压下降最大变化速率所在时间(-dp/dtmaxTime)延长,上述变化在注射MMS后1min即出现,持续12min左右恢复,说明MMS对心肌有可逆性抑制作用。 Middle molecular substances(MMS) were gel-chromagraphically separated from the plasma of uraemia patients,and then injected into rats' tail veins to study the effect on myocardial contractility. Intubation was performed on the left ventricle of rats,the signal was sampled via a transducer, digitized, and then transferred into a microcomputer to be recorded and analyzed with CARDIO software. The results showed MMS could inhibit rats' myocardial contractility, lower the intraventricular pressure peak,delay the peak time,reduce both the maximum increasing rate(dp/dt max)and the decreasing rate(-dp/dt max) of intraventricular pressure and postpone the -dp/dt max time.These indexes began to alter I min after the injection of MMS,and lasted 12 min or so,then restored,which indicated the inhibition of myocardial contractility by MMS was reversible.
