摘要
为满足女大学生对篮球知识、技术学习的渴望,又真正做到教学充分考虑女大学生的生理特点和心理需要,笔者通过调查研究和多年的教学实践与探索,认为建立一种适合女生特点的新型女子篮球课教学模式是提高教学质量的关键。本模式注重以健身为目的的教学,注重培养学生利用篮球进行健身锻炼的能力,注重培养和提高学生的兴趣。在安排教学进度时遵循认知规律、技能形成规律、身心负荷规律,一个学期分为3个阶段进行教学,每节课又分为学习部分和自主练习部分,改变以往以提高技术和运动成绩为主的传统观念,且本着区别对待、了解差异、因材施教的原则,让游戏、自主、趣味、竞争、娱乐贯穿整个教学过程,为使篮球运动今后成为女生工作、生活中的重要内容奠定基础。
In order to meet the female university students' need for knowledge and skill of basketball, through years of investigation and teaching practice, the author argues that a new teaching mode on the basis of students' physical and mental features is critical to improve the teaching quality. This mode focuses on the teaching practice which improves students' fitness, cultivates their exercise capability and stimulates their learning interest. Setting curriculum should involve following the rules of cognition,skill - forming and physical - mental lord,and dividing a teaching term into 3 stages and each period into learning and self - acquisition sections. Therefore, it challenges the traditional idea, which emphasizes improving basketball skill and scores. It is suggested that we depend on students characteristics and differences,fill the teaching course with games, self education,competition,enjoyment,me., so that they will take basketball as an important activity in their future llfe.
