摘要
针对当前教学中存在的根本性问题,为进一步推动素质教育,培养更多的高素质人才,引入罗杰斯的非指导性教学原则。借以说明在“以学生为中心”的教学过程中,教师的情感作用和投入程度,对建立师生之间的和谐关系和发挥学生的积极主动性具有关键性作用,并倡导在体育教学中积极开展非指导性教学。
In order to address the fundamental problems existing in current teaching, promote ability education, and cultivate more high - quality talents, it is important to transplant the non - guiding teaching principles proposed by Rogers in physical education teaching. The paper tries to demonstrate that teachers' sincerity and enthusiasm can play a key role in establishing harmonious relationships with students and giving full play to students' activeness in study, and proposes the adoption of non - guiding teaching principles in physical education.
