摘要
梯度折射率微球透镜是一类具有极简单几何形状的新型光学器件,主要依靠介质内特殊的非均匀折射率分布实现其各种光学功能。本文对用各种不同参数的GRIN微球透镜以及均匀球的耦合性能进行了系统的理论分析,证明用GRIN微球透镜耦合性能比均匀球更优越。
Apolymer gradient refrective index (GRIN) micro-sphere-len is a new-type optical device of geometrical shape, whose optical function is mainly achieved by the inhomogeneous reflective index distribution of the medium. Through a theoretical analysis of coupling performance between GRIN sphere micro-lens of different parameters and symmetrical micro sphere, we find that GRIN sphere micro-len is superior to the latter in coupling performance.
