颌面部损伤小血管吻合的实验研究

The Possibility of Microvascular Anastomosis in Maxillofacial Firearms Wound Region

本实验对狗颌面高速投射伤区存在损伤的小动脉、小静脉在伤后不同时间进行吻合,了解颌面火器伤区小血管早期吻合的可行性。实验发现,伤区小血管伤后早期吻合是可行的,但需在伤后3天后进行。该结果为临床运用血管化游离组织移植早期修复颌面部火器性组织缺损提供小血管吻合的依据。本文还对颌面部火器性组织缺损的修复时机及伤区血管吻合口的愈合特点进行讨论。

The experiment to study the microvascular anastomosis in maxillofa-cial firearms wound region at different time is performed. The results show that the early anastomosis of small vessels in wounds region is possible, but it should be performed 3 days after wounds.The period of reconstructing the tissue defects and healing characters of anastomotic site in wounds region are also discussed.
