摘要
研究了在穿孔等离子弧焊接过程中加入NaF、TiO2、Cr2O3、ZrO2活性剂后,等离子电弧形态与电弧电压的变化,并与无活性剂条件下的情况进行了对比。研究结果表明,A ̄PAW焊电弧收缩是等离子焊接熔深增加的一项重要原因,电弧是否产生收缩与所用的活性剂有关。
The changes of plasma arc shape and the arc voltage are investigated after activating fluxes with single component NaF, TiO2, Cr2O3, ZrO2 adding in the keyhole PAW process and the comparison with the PAW process without adding of the activating fluxes is carried out. The results show that A-PAW arc shrinkage is an important factor to increase the penetration in PAW, and the arc shrinkage or not is related to the activating flux used in process.
