摘要
建立了GH4169合金大型环形件惯性摩擦焊的轴对称热力耦合分析模型;基于更新拉格朗日弹塑性有限元法分析了焊接过程的温度场和应力应变场;使用热电偶点焊到工件表面的方法对接头部分若干点的温度变化进行了实时测量,并与计算结果进行了对比。结果表明,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
An axisymmetric coupled thermo -mechanical model for inertia friction welding process of large-sized GH4169 alloy ring part is established. By using updated Lagrangian elastoplastic finite element method, the temperature fields and stress-strain fields during the welding process are investigated. The temperature variations of several points on the outside of welded joint are measured by using thermocouples which are spot welded on the surface of the workpiece. By comparison, simulation results and experimental results fit well.
