摘要
基于数据采集与变频调速技术,利用VB高级语言开发了焊接冷裂纹和再热裂纹插销试验计算机控制与分析系统。利用数据采集技术记录插销所经历的热循环和载荷历程。系统集成了部分钢材插销冷裂纹和再热裂纹试验的研究结果,形成共享数据库供用户查询。
A computer control and analysis system for welding cold crack and reheat crack implant test is developed based on data acquisition and frequency variation and speed regulation technique and by means of high level language VB in the paper. The heat circulation and loading course are recorded with making use of a data acquisition card. The testing system is integrated with the test results of some steel welding cold crack and reheat crack of implant tests, forming a sharing database for user to request.
