摘要
构建了一个知识创新研究基地的绩效评价体系,它包括研究基地规划建设、研究基地运行管理、研究基地运作效果等三个方面的评价指标.给出了一种基于语言评价信息的多指标综合评价方法.通过算例说明了本文给出方法的可操作性.
An evaluation index system for knowledge innovation research bases is constructed which covers esearch base programming ＆ construction, research base operation ＆ management and research base operation results. A multi -index synthetical evaluation method based on linguistic evaluation information is presented. An illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the practical maneuverability of the proposed method.
