车削碳钢中切削热的分配 被引量:10

摘要 基于解析法,通过车削实验获取解析法计算中所必需的参数,研究中碳钢干切削条件下所产生的切削热随切削速度(200~1400m/min)的变化和刀具条件的影响。结果表明:随切削速度增大,总切削热、流入切屑的热量都几乎线性增大,流入工件和刀具的热量增幅很小;耗散于切屑中的切削热比率随速度的增大而增大;流入工件和刀具中的切削热比率随速度的增大而减小;陶瓷刀具的切削过程与硬质合金的切削过程相比,前者切屑带走更多的切削热;大的正前角条件使切屑带走更多的切削热。 Based on analytic method and through turning experiments, this paper investigated the variety of cutting heat with cutting speeds (200-1400m/min)and the effect of tool conditions. The experimental and calculation results indicate: as cutting speed increases the total heat flux and its component in chip increase almost linearly, while the components in workpiece and cutting tool increase in little; the ratio of cutting heat taken away by chips increases with the increase of cutting speed, while the ratio of cutting heat introduced into workpiece and cutting tool decreases with the increase of cutting speed. Turning with ceramic tool makes the chips take away more quantity of cutting heat than that of turning with carbide tool; larger positive rake angle of the cutting tool makes the chips take away more quantity of cutting heat, too.
