电沉积PAMAM/羟基磷灰石复合涂层的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用连续多次的双电位阶跃法在钛基体上电沉积制备树枝形聚合物/羟基磷灰石复合涂层。扫描电子显微镜测试结果表明,涂层形貌和晶粒尺寸随PAMAM添加量而变化。涂层在模拟体液中浸渍前后的质量变化及SEM表征结果证明,复合涂层具有优良的生物活性。涂层在模拟体液中阳极极化曲线的测试表明,复合涂层具有优良的耐腐蚀性能;复合涂层与钛基体的结合强度达10 MPa左右。 The dendritic polymer (PAMAM)/hydroxyapatite composite coatings were deposited on titanium electrode by means of the double potential step technique. The morphologies of coatings were investigated by SEM. The results show that the PAMAM quality affects the morphology and size of the coatings. The bioactivi- ties of PAMAM/HA coatings were tested in simulated body fluid ( SBF), and good bioactivity was observed. The corrosion properties and the superior toughness and strength of the coating were also investigated.
