摘要
对甘草甜素提取后的废渣,分别用不同浓度的乙醇进行粗提,通过活性跟踪检测,筛选出60%乙醇提取物活性最好;再用石油醚、乙酸乙酯进行梯度提取,确定乙酸乙酯提取物的活性更优,测得总黄酮含量为27.73%。并通过实验证明,该提取物与其他抗氧化剂复配后其活性均好于单个抗氧化剂。
The substance was extracted from the waste residue after withdrawal of glycyrrhizin using alcohol with different concentration as extracting agent separately. The activity of substance extracted with 60% alcohol was best through activity trace detection. Then gradient extraction was carried out with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate, and the activity of extracted substance with ethyl acetate was better than others. The total content of flavone was 27.73%. Finally, it was proved that the activity of extract built with other antioxidant was better than any single antioxidant through experiment.
