摘要 DPSIR(驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应)体系是一种便捷、有效的环境管理思路。它不仅能提供环境现状的信息,还能明确环境压力的关键因子和明示环境管理中应首控的因素以及监测政策的响应效果。本文即剖析该体系内各参数间存在的因果关系,并将各参数在土壤圈层理论中实现定位,为DPSIR体系在土壤圈环境管理中的应用提供新的思路。 DPSIR (Drive Force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response) framework is a kind of simple and effect model to apply to the environmental management. It can supply information on environmental problems in order to enable policy-makers to value their seriousness, support policy development and priority setting by identifying key factors that cause pressure on the environment and monitor the effects of policy responses. This article analysed the cause-effect relationship of the DPSIR model and discussed the linkage between the factors in model and the sphere theory.
