The background of technical reformation was introduced for the urea plant of Liuhua （Group） Corporation ; the measures of technical reformation were discussed on the aspects of process flow sheet and main equipment in the systems of synthesis, middle pressure, low pressure, evaporation and adsorption; operating data after reformation of plant indicate that the production capacity of urea for one single set is 820 t/d, which is increased by 270 t/d in comparison with capacity before reformation, the economic benefit is 30.9 million Yuan RMB which is obtained from the added incomings and the saved outgoings in whole year.
