高效液相色谱法测定4.5%氯氰菊酯乳油中两种异构体的含量

Determination of Content of Two Different Isomers in 4.5% of Cypermethrin Emulisible Oil Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography

采用高效液相色谱法对4.5%氯氰菊酯乳油中高效cisB及transB的含量进行测定,该方法测定结果稳定,线性良好,重复性较高。

The content of the two isomers in cypermethrin emulsible oil, which were cis B and trans B using high performance liquid chromatograophy. Results confirmed that high performance liquid chromagraphy was such advantage as steady determination results , high fitness of linear regression and highly replicable performance.
