摘要
采用切断兔眼部分睫状后短动脉造成脉络膜缺血的动物模型,测定脉络膜血栓素B2(ThromboxaneB2,TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-prostaglandinF1α,6-Keto-PGF1d)的含量,并观察复方樟柳碱1号(Compoundanisodine1,CA-1)对其影响。结果表明,缺血1hTXB2及6-Keto-PGF1d升高;24h时6-Keto-PGF1α已呈下降趋势而TXB2仍处于较高水平,使TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比率升高。CA-1升高6-keto-PGF1α并保持TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α之间的平衡。结果提示,缺血1hTXB2和6-keto-PGF1α之间的平衡即发生变化;CA1-号改善缺血区脉络膜的微循环并可能调节缺血区血管紧张度。
TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α were measured during choroidal ischemia caused by resecting partial poste-rior cilliary arteries in rabbits, The effects of compound anisodine I(CAI)were also investigated. The results showed that TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1αwere temporally increased at one hour post-ischemia,and 6-keto-PGF1αwas decreased at 24 h post-ischemia while TXB2 was still high and leading an increased ratio of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α CA-1 could increase the level of 6-keto-PGF1α,Our results indicate that the changes of TXB2 and 6-ke-to-PGF1α occur during choroidal ischemia,and that CA-1 improves the rnicrocirculation at ischemic areas and may regulate vascular tone.
