摘要
回顾了纽约对城市水源保护的实践历程,介绍了其水源保护的重要理念及关键机制,从水源保护与水源地权益保障两方面分析了纽约对水源保护工作的实际成效,并在此基础上提出了对我国水源保护工作的具体建议。
The practices of source water protection in New York are reviewed, and the main theories and key mechanisms are introduced. Considering two points （source water protection and safeguard of rights and interests for water source site ） , the effects of source water protection practices are discussed. On the basis, some suggestions are given to improve source water protection in China.
