Improvement of Bearing Box of Centrifugal Pump

离心泵在运行中出现了轴承箱中的润滑油泄漏、油位计失去了检测功能等问题,分析了存在问题的原因,在轴承箱上加装了自制的挡油盘,使其和原迷宫密封组成综合迷宫密封,并且加装了自制的油位计,从而保证了离心泵的安全运行。

This paper analyzed the problems like the lubricating oil leak from the bearing box and the oil gauge failure in measuring while the centrifugal pump is running. A new self-made oil control tray is installed in bearing box to build up an integrative labyrinth seal together with the original labyrinth seal, and a self-made oil gauge is installed to ensure safety running of centrifugal pump.
