应用系统优化与管理学的理论,在总结分析国内外研究成果的基础上,对城市供水运行调度决策中涉及到的各个环节问题进行了深入研究。根据地理信息系统、全球卫星定位系统与决策支持系统的特点,提出了基于GIS、GPS、DSS的城市供水调度决策信息系统的设计方案,并应用于实际。

Using the theory of system optimization and management and based on summarizing and analyzing the domestic and abroad research findings, relevant problems confronted in the course of dispatching decision-making for water supply were studied deep. By making use of the technologies of the geographical information system, the global satellite locating system, and the decision-making support system, a design scheme of dispatching decision-making information system for urban water supply based on GIS, GPS and DSS is proposed, and has been put into practice.
