摘要 流动注射分析仪技术是水质分析行业的最新技术,由于我国北方水样硬度比欧美国家水样硬度高,用此仪器所测数据与经典方法所测数据不一致,所以需要在原有技术基础上进行改进,根据克拉克-鲁布斯缓冲溶液方程,对缓冲溶液pH值及泵管内径进行了改进,使所测数据准确、可靠,与实际含量相符。 Flow injection analysis instrument is the latest technique in water quality analysis method. The data measured by the instrument is out of accord with the one measured by the classical method since the hardness in water is higher in the north area of China than that in European countries and America, so the improvement was needed. According to the Clark-Lubs buffer solution equation, the pH of the buffer solution and inside diameter of the pumping tube were modified. After that the measured data is accurate, reliable and in accord with the actual content.
