Short Route Manufacturing in Baosteel and Green Conception

“短流程”的优势因与绿色生产理念吻合,被视为二十一世纪的炼钢法。当前制约“短流程”发展主要是成本因素,宝钢“短流程”整合和发展中如何扬长避短,充分利用绿色优势是我们思考的核心问题。短流程发展中应注重有害物质控制排放,充分利用新技术完善绿色制造过程。

＂Short route＂ is regarded as the steel -making method of the 21 st century due to its advantages fitting with the conception of ＂green manufacturing＂. Currently the main factor which restricts the development of ＂short route＂ is manufacturing cost. The core issue in our consideration is how to make the best use of advantages of green manufacturing and avoid disadvantages in the course of integration and development of short route manufacturing in Baosteel. Attentions shall be paid on limiting the emission of harmful substances and fully using new technology to perfect the green manufacturing process.
