摘要 组织器官的建模仿真是生物医学工程研究的热点,人眼作为人体最重要的感觉器官之一,对其组成部分的建模与仿真研究具有重要的意义,而晶状体仿真模型的建立是“国人虚拟眼”研究的重要组成部分。论述了国内外人眼晶状体建模仿真研究现状,讨论了建模研究中几何建模与物理建模两大关键技术的研究方法及其发展趋势,为进一步开展晶状体的建模仿真研究打下基础。 The modeling and simulating of human tissues and organs is an attractive field in biological medical engineering. Human eye is one of the most important sense organ so it is significant to study its parts by simulating method. The researches on the field of modeling and simulating the human crystalline lens wet reviewed and the two key technologies, e.g. geometry modeling and physical modeling were discussed, including their current studies and developing trend. At last, a brief comment of future development on the study of the lens was given.
