摘要
在对某炼油厂生产过程分析研究的基础上,利用混杂Petri网对整个炼油厂的生产物流进行了仿真建模。该模型既包括了离散事件动态系统又包括了连续变量动态系统,更符合生产的实际情况。在该仿真模型的基础上,可以根据不同的优化目标对生产物流进行实时优化。最后介绍了仿真系统的模型框架并对仿真实例进行了说明。
After analyzing the production process of the oil refinery, the production logistics simulation model of the whole oil refinery was set up using the hybrid Petri net. This model includes not only the discrete event dynamic system but also the continuous-variable dynamic system and it is consistent with the production practice. Based on the hybrid Petri net model, the production logistics could be optimized timely according to different objective. Finally, the framework of the simulation system was introduced and an example of the simulation was explained.
