摘要
采用非线性集总参数模型实现了对呼吸机的系统仿真,目的是为呼吸机的系统控制研究提供一个可靠的仿真环境。该方法的优点在于通过软件对参数进行设置,能方便地改变模型的动静态特性和相应的工作模式。实验表明,模型不仅能准确的描述呼吸道阻力的非线性特征和肺的动态顺应性,而且能与实测数据保持良好的一致性。
A non-linear lumped parameter model was developed to realize the simulation of artificial ventilation system. The goal is to develop a reliable simulation surrounding for the study of ventilator control system. The main advantage of this approach is that the static and dynamic properties of the simulator and corresponding work model can be easily adjusted via the software. It is shown that the simulator can exactly consist with the recorded data as well as describe the nonlinear flow-resistance properties of airway and compliance of the lung.
