DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS CALCULATION FOR A HIGH SPEED FLEXIBLE ROTOR OF AN AEROENGINE

摘要 用SAMCEF/ROTOR分析软件建立了某新型涡轴发动机动力涡轮转子的有限元计算模型,并对转子的动力特性——临界转速、振型和不平衡响应进行了系统的计算分析,试验验证了计算模型的正确性。本文的研究为同类转子的动力特性计算提供了参考。 The finite element calculation model of a power turbine rotor of a new-type turbine shaft engine is set up by using SAMCEF/ROTOR software. The dynamic characteristics of the rotor, such as critical speeds,vibration shapes and unbalance responses, are systematically calculated and analyzed by the software. The correctness of the calculation model is verified by experimental results. The study provides reference for dynamic characteristics calculation of similar rotors.
