摘要
新建立的兔可复性梗阻性黄疸模型与传统的胆管结扎＋内引流模型比较的结果表明，前者具有创伤轻、并发症少、死亡率低、成功率高和梗阻的可复性等特点，为梗阻性黄疸的研究提供了新的实验模型。
The comparison made between two experimental models with obstructive jaundice,which were newly established reversible model and traditional bile duct ligation and internal drainage model,showed that the new model was supperior to the traditional one. This study suggests that the new model would be an ideal model,wich could replace the traditional one for studying obstructive jaundice.
