摘要
作者采用选择性左肝管穿刺注菌法成功地建立了Wistar大鼠急性部分肝胆管梗阻感染的脓毒症模型,并从胆管系统形态学、累计病死率、血清线粒体谷草转氨酶和鸟氨酸氢甲转移酶活性、多器官大体病理观察以及血液细菌培养几方面对该模型的科学性、重复性进行了评估。认为该模型较全胆道感染肝损害模型更具优越性,并介绍了该模型制作中的注意事项。
A acute partial obstructive hepatocholangitis model by selective ligation and injection of E coli into left hepatic bile duct was successfully founded in rat. Using parameters including mortality,mitochondrial glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and ornithine carbamoytransferase activity,pathological observation and blood culture of bacteria,we evaluated the model. The authors emphasize that this model is superior to the wole-bile-duct-challenged cholangitis model,which is charicterized by liver injury.
