摘要
从介绍人本管理的内涵、精髓及其特征出发,提出了在高校图书馆实施人本管理的几条措施,指出只有图书馆工作人员参与管理,才能在图书馆中有效地实施人本管理。
Starting from the connotation, essential and features of humanist management, this paper puts forward some measures for carrying out humanist management in university library, and points out that only when the librarians participate the management, can the humanist management be carried out effectively in the library.
