介绍了与纺织品有关的特保措施的含义和特征,分析了纺织品遭受特保的负面影响,着重从纺织业自身角度探究了针对纺织品特保措施的应对策略。
This paper introduces the connotations and features of special safeguard measures related to the textile products, and analyzes on the negative influence of special safeguard measures on the textile products, and probes emphatically into the corresponding countermeasures for the special safeguard measures for the textile products from the angle of the textile industry.
