摘要
结合X效率理论中的“双重人格”假设,对我国商业银行中的个人行为激励模式进行了分析,在此基础上提出了改革我国商业银行个人行为激励模式的若干措施,以期最终缓解银行内部的X非效率现象。
Connecting with the hypothesis of dual personality in the X-efficiency theory, this paper analyzes on the individual behavior motivation mode in Chinese commercial bankS, and based on this, advances several measures for reforming the individual behavior motivation mode in Chinese commercial banks in order to release finally the X- inefficiency phenomenon within the banks.
